Her interpersonal skills and business mindset allowed her to make meaningful connections and build strong global relationships to achieve mutual goals. In this

role, she has demonstrated adaptability and excellent teamwork. Notably, she served as part of a team that accompanied the Mali Ambassador to the United States and his delegation to meet with U.S. Representatives and White House Officials to discuss trade relationships between the two countries. She serves as CFO of both MALD Capital Investments and GPN Solutions. As an experienced CFO since 2019, she has taken on the responsibility of managing Human Resources and all financial aspects of successful and growing business interests. Through her skills in multi-level communication and coordination, Traore ensures that operational goals are met while developing human resource strategies that serve both management and employee interests. Additionally, she is experienced in accounting, online education, and athletics. All of which allow her to relate to individuals from all backgrounds and find winning business solutions. She holds a BA in Organizational Development from Temple University and strives daily to turn her education and experience into positive growth for her business partners and her community.
