The vision of the African and Caribbean Business Council of the greater Philadelphia (ACBC) is to promote and preserve the business interests of African and Caribbean entrepreneurs in the Greater Philadelphia area, drive trade and economic development with Africa and the Caribbean, and facilitate investments from the African and the Caribbean Diaspora to make the Greater Philadelphia region the African Caribbean business hub in the US.
